Mission

Our adult training program is dedicated to enhancing performance through assessment and analysis, education of movement patterns, and resistance training.

Key Focus Area

1. Assessment and Analysis

  • Musculoskeletal Assessment: Static postural alignment, joint range of motion, and muscle strength tests.

  • Data-Driven Insights: Analyzing assessment results for muscular imbalances involves identifying specific areas of tightness or weakness that could lead to dysfunction or injury. Once this has been reviewed, a tailored program can be made to address any areas of weakness.

  • Ongoing Monitoring: Regularly reassess and analyze progress to ensure continued improvement and adapt training as needed.

2. Education of Movement Patterns

  • Movement Patterns: Educate participants on the seven primal movement patterns—squat, bend, lunge, push, pull, twist, gait—and their significance for daily activities and overall performance.

  • Cueing: Provide instruction on proper techniques to ensure safe and effective execution of movements, reducing the risk of injury.

3. Training

  • Program: Implement a well-rounded training program that includes athletic movements, power, strength, flexibility, and mobility, tailored progressively to meet each individual's needs and goals.

  • Empowerment Through Knowledge: Equip participants with the understanding and skills to safely enjoy their favorite sports and activities with confidence.

When it’s all said and done,

By focusing on assessment and analysis, educating on movement patterns, and implementing well-rounded training, at MSF, we aim to create a supportive and effective training experience that helps participants achieve their fitness and performance goals.
